    Welcome to BetterMe…

Helping people maximise potential in business, education and life.

Who We Are & What We Do

BetterMe deliver training and development to help people reach their potential in business, education and life.

A successful business is only as good as the people working in it. It doesn’t matter whether you are an SME or a multinational, a thriving business and flourishing employees are more productive. Our approach to training, development and coaching will improve the wellbeing, personal effectiveness and productivity in your business

BetterMe is specifically designed courses and programmes to help people build the essential core strengths to reach their potential in every area of their lives, be it in the workplace, education, or social relationships. To flourish whether in business, education, sport or in life, we need self-confidence, resilience, a healthy self-esteem and emotional intelligence.

BetterMe is a social enterprise, or officially, a Community Interest Company (CIC) based in Scotland. By using business solutions to achieve public good, it is believed that CICs have a distinct and valuable role to play in helping create a strong, sustainable, and socially inclusive economy. We work locally, nationally and internationally.

BetterMe offer services to all and reinvests the money we make back into our business to aid groups that would otherwise be unable to access them. This allows us to help tackle social issues, improve people’s life chances, and support communities. When a social enterprise profits, local, national, and international society profits.
